Environment Monitoring Camp

In this camp the girls will be using a microcontroller and environmental sensors for indoor monitoring. They will measure temperature, humidity, and air quality. and learn how the sensor work. They will push the data to the Adafruit Internet of Things cloud allowing us to view and anlyze the data remotely from anywhere. With all the data, we wil also conver data analysis and visualization. It is going to be cool.

• March 16-17 and 19-20, 2026 from 10am - 3pm (EDT)

• Blount County Public Library - Learning Center

Details

• The camp is open to girls who are 5th to 10th graders.

• The camp fee is $60 and will cover materials and lunch

• A limited number of scholarships are available.
